About this policy

This policy explains how Anthelion Media handles information when you play Planet Pile-Up! on iOS. Anthelion Media is responsible for the game and can be contacted at the address below.

Information stored by the game

Planet Pile-Up! does not require an account. Your high score and preferences, such as sound, haptics, drop guide and reduced motion, are stored locally on your device. Anthelion Media does not receive this gameplay information. You can reset your high score in the game, and deleting the app removes its locally stored information.

Advertising and consent

The game uses Google AdMob to display advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage privacy choices. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalised, non-personalised or subject to restricted data processing.

Google and participating advertising partners may process an IP address, approximate location derived from it, device or app-specific identifiers, advertising data, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic or performance information. This data may be used to provide and measure advertising, prevent fraud, provide analytics, and maintain or improve advertising services.

Users in the UK, EEA and Switzerland are shown applicable consent choices before advertising data is used where consent is required. Users in applicable US states can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. You can revisit available choices from Settings → Privacy Choicesin the game.

The current version of Planet Pile-Up! does not ask for Apple's permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. Anthelion Media has also disabled AdMob's publisher first-party identifier feature.

Third-party services

Google and the advertising partners identified in the consent or privacy-choices form process information under their own policies. You can learn more from Google's pages about privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to the safeguards used by those providers.

Retention

Anthelion Media receives aggregated advertising reports rather than a player account or gameplay profile. Google and advertising partners retain information according to their own policies and the consent choices available to you. Information you send when contacting us is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request and meet legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of targeted advertising and certain sharing. Use the in-game Privacy Choices control for advertising preferences, or contact us to make another request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.

UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Other users may contact their local data-protection authority.

Children

Planet Pile-Up! is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its advertising services or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain at this address and will show its effective date above.
